- Drill head
The drill head is fixed on the column and thus ensures high stability.
- Gear box
The gears in the spindle gear box are made of steel and reinforced fibre and are completed with helical teeth. This guarantees quiet running, high efficiency, a long service life and almost maintenance-free gearing.
- Feed gearing
The feed gearing is equipped with an overcurrent relay. It interrupts the feed with excessive drilling pressure and switches it on again as soon as the drilling pressure has returned to normal rates. The automatic feed can be switched off manually or when the selected drilling depth has been reached. The spindle returns automatically to its initial position.
- Spindle
The spindle is made of high-quality steel and guarantees a smooth run of the tools with its adjustable roller and ball bearings. The machine is equipped with an adjustable spindle return spring which makes it possible to balance the return force and the weight of the tools. The spindle nose is prepared for the mounting of milling tools.
- Drill depth
The drill depth can be selected rapidly and easily at the front of the machine.
- Drill table
The 500 x 400 mm drill table is fixed and equipped with T-slots and coolant channel. The table arm can be vertically adjusted and turned 360° around the column.
- Column
The column is made of high-strength steel and therefore guarantees a durable solidity of the machine. This guarantees even with large-scale operation high precision and a minimum deviation from the stipulated angle between tools and table.
- Tool ejector
The built-in tool ejector facilitates a rapid and easy change of the tools.
- Base plate
The machined base plate is equipped with T-slots and coolant channel.
- Safety
The machine is equipped with serial emergency stop, undervoltage and motor safety switch.
